My research interests lie in areas of machine learning with focus on knowledge representation, natural language processing and social network analysis. I am particularly interested in the application of machine learning techniques (graphical models) to knowledge representation, classification and clustering; analysis and modeling of network-structured data including biological and social networks and real-world networks of documents.
